a) to conform with legal requirements in relation to civil, tax, accounting, etc. regulations for the purpose of managing the relationship you have established with our Company;
b) to fulfil contractual, technical support and technical information obligations and those concerning post-sale service;
c) to carry out market and statistical, marketing and reference surveys relevant to products Lefran Noel deals in;
d) to communicate business information concerning future business initiatives, new product, service and offer announcements, both by Lefran Noel and affiliated, and/or subsidiary companies, business partners and outsourcers, by means of sending advertising e-mails. Sending these e-mails in no way constitutes releasing personal date to third parties. This service will not lead to the monitoring of sites you visit or checks on messages you have read;
e) to communicate promotional activities in general, of interest to Lefran Noel users;
4) communicating your data to us is necessary so that we can conform with contractual and legal obligations resulting from the juridical relationship established with Lefran Noel
5) data are collected and recorded in our database in such a manner as to only allow parties authorised by Lefran Noel to access them; they may be processed for the purposes mentioned above internally within Lefran Noel or they may be communicated to:
a) Lefran Noel's associated, subsidiary or affiliated companies;
b) Lefran Noel's technical and business partners (production companies, suppliers, transport and forwarding companies, web site managers, etc.); c) companies that carry out customer satisfaction surveys. Furthermore, we inform you that each party may exercise rights as prescribed in Art. 7 as summarised below. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of otherwise of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation: a) of the origin of their personal data; b) the purpose and method of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event processing takes place with the aid of electronic devices;
d) details identifying the data controller e) parties or categories of party to whom personal data may be communicated or who may learn of them in a capacity of designated representative within the territory of Italy, those responsible or appointed.
The interested party, moreover, has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, if interested, supplementing of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that are not required to be kept in relation to purposes for which the data were collected or later processed;
c) confirmation that the operations mentioned in points a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom data have been communicated or circulated, except in cases in which compliance is impossible or would require the use of manifestly excessive resources compared with the right safeguarded.
The interested party has the right to oppose, either completely or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected;
b) processing of personal data concerning them for purposes of forwarding advertising or direct sale material or to carry out market research or for business communications. The data controller is Lefran Noel in the person of its legal representative.
