Lefran Noel was founded in 1995. Today production is managed by the inventor of three professional thermal hairbrushes, each intended for a specific use in hairdressing, with a design that in no way resembles the usual perforated aluminium tube with nylon bristles.
These five concepts were the basis for launching the new venture.
1) Prepare executive drawings of the three inventions and 'deposit' them together with the trademark.
2) Set up a manufacturing process using machinery and equipment produced in-house, to avoid counterfeiting and imitation by third parties.
3) Use composites and quality alloys providing higher thermal conductibility than the aluminium normally used for these types of hairbrush.
4) Provide/functional thermal features that reduce the time required and highlight the final result of the hairdresser's task.
5) Ensure exceptional product quality and durability. Production of these items for professional use began after one year of testing, including cooperation with professional hairdressers who were given prototypes for professional use and functional testing. After the testing and adjustment period the products were presented to sector operators in 1997 at the PREMIERE Show in Frankfurt and COSMOPROF in Bologna. Semi-craft techniques are adopted to produce these innovative products for use by professional hairdressers. So this ensures a great deal of care goes into their production. The assembly process for components involves various workers, each of whom contributes their own special skills to the overall process. The final result is what you can see in our virtual window display. There are 5 production workers. Administration is covered by 2 people plus the manager of the company. There are 6 external co-workers who make semi-finished products to our design.
We have 4 suppliers of raw materials (Magnesium composites – Avio resins – Polymorphous carbon – Ceramic plasma) who produce our exclusive composites.
60% of our production is distributed in EU countries, including Italy.
40% is exported to countries outside the EU area.
